Open on-site support from the store. If you have an order, use its Open order chat button so your messages stay with that order. The chat shows whether support is online; if staff is unavailable, leave a message and return to the same conversation for replies.
No customer account or Discord server is required. Automatic payment checks and delivery run separately from the support chat. Staff replies to messages; support response times vary.
Details that help with an order
Explain the issue and include the Minecraft username, the coin and network used, and the transaction hash or signature if you have already paid. Staff can compare that report with your private order details.
For an incorrect username, contact support as soon as possible before delivery. If a quote has expired or you are unsure about a network, ask before sending funds.
Use another browser or device
On the storefront, choose Recover order and enter the private code you saved for your conversation. A recovery code grants access to its orders and messages, so keep it private. If you have not saved one, try the original browser first.
