What we never ask for
You only enter your Minecraft username and choose a coin. There is no customer account, and we never need your Minecraft or Microsoft password, your wallet seed phrase or a private key. Anyone asking for those is not part of this store.
How your payment is checked
Every invoice shows one receiving wallet, one network and an exact amount. After you submit the transaction hash or signature, the payment is checked on the blockchain itself: the receiving wallet, network and amount must all match. Bitcoin and Litecoin need 6 confirmations; Ethereum, native USDC on Polygon and Solana must reach finality. Nothing is delivered on the strength of a screenshot or a claim alone.
Quotes last 15 minutes, so the crypto amount always reflects a recent exchange rate. See the payment and delivery guide for each stage.
How delivery works
Once a payment is verified and stock is available, the order queues for automatic delivery to the exact username on the order. Check the player name and skin preview before creating your invoice, because in-game transfers go to that player. The invoice tracks the order through to Delivered.
Your privacy
Orders and support messages are private to the browser conversation that created them. You can save a private recovery code to reopen them on another device; keep it secret, because it grants access to those orders. Customer names and order history are not published on this site.
Avoiding mistakes and scams
- Only pay the wallet shown on your own invoice at donutbalance.shop.
- Send the exact amount on the network shown, in one transfer.
- Do not send again if a payment seems slow; open order chat instead.
- Ignore anyone offering this store’s money through other channels at a different price.
Independent store
Donut Market is not the official DonutSMP store and is not affiliated with DonutSMP, Mojang or Microsoft. Check the server’s own rules on trading in-game money before you buy. Questions before paying are welcome through on-site support.
